Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and take an unboxing video. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and address it.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at info@dreamblindbox.com. Please include your order number, photos of the packaging from all sides, and photos of the item you received.

We will cover the shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
