Once submitted your order, please complete the payment within 24 hours; otherwise, your order will be canceled. For sale items during promotional events, including those with discount codes or discounts automatically applied at checkout, payment must be completed within 12 hours after placing your order; otherwise, your order will be canceled.

Your order will be shipped in 24-48 hours after the completion of payment, not including public holidays.

Normal estimated delivery time is 6--15 business days.

All sales/holiday items may subject to 10-20 days to ship.

Free shipping will be shipped by USPS or any other carrier chosen by us.

We may send your order by multiply packages/shipments.

Your order may be cancelled by inventory or product quality issues.

We may request your credit card and ID photos for fraud check.

In rare cases, blind boxes or other products may be opened by customs for quality inspection. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt. If the package is opened, please contact us for compensation.
