1. What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 15 days, meaning customers can return items within 15 days of receiving their order.

To request a return, you can contact us at info@Dreamblindbox.com. The review process may take up to three business days.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

- We recommend recording a video before opening the package. If you discover damage to the packaging or the figurines inside the blind box after opening, you can send the video to customer service for a return.

- All opened blind boxes are non-returnable without a specific reason.

All free items must be refunded with the original order.
